Sites where guards work. Each has a mode (Patrol or Fixed Post), email for reports, and assigned guards.
Hours over this become OT (1.5x). US default: 40.

Guards tap the NFC tag at the site entrance, or tap "Scan NFC or QR to Clock In" and scan the site's QR code. They enter their PIN, take a selfie, and GPS verifies their location. All three must pass to clock in.
Place NFC tags at each checkpoint along the patrol route. Guards tap their phone on each tag during their round. The app records which checkpoints were scanned and when. This shows up in patrol reports as a compliance percentage.
Site tags (at the entrance) are for clocking in โ they verify the guard is at the right location. Checkpoint tags (along the patrol route) record that the guard visited each stop during their shift. Each tag has a different URL.
No. The app blocks clocking in at a second site while already clocked in at another. The guard must clock out of the first site before clocking in at the next one.
Go to the Live tab. Find the guard under "Currently On Duty" and tap the red "Clock Out" button next to their name. This immediately ends their shift.
Edit the site in the Sites tab. Scroll down to "NFC Tag URLs". You'll see the site entrance URL and each checkpoint URL. Tap the copy button, then use the "NFC Tools" app to program each URL onto a blank NFC sticker.
Edit the site โ enter the Latitude and Longitude of the site, and set GPS Max Distance (in meters). Guards must be within that distance to clock in or out. Get coordinates from Google Maps: right-click โ "What's here?"
Edit the site โ scroll to "Client Logo" โ tap "Upload Logo". Once a logo is set, guards will see branded report buttons (like RSS Incident Report) and emailed reports will include the client's logo.
Go to Timesheet tab โ select the pay period โ review each shift โ tap the checkmark to approve. Then go to Payroll tab to generate the ADP export with approved hours.
The Audit Log records admin actions: saving/deleting sites and guards, force clock-outs, report submissions. It shows who did what and when, useful for accountability.
Only if no one is currently clocked in. If a guard is on duty, clock them out first. If anyone is clocked in at a site, clock them all out before deleting the site.
Make sure you're holding the top of the phone (near the camera) directly on the tag. iPhone 7+ reads NFC automatically. On Android, enable NFC in Settings โ Connections. Don't use the QR scanner โ NFC works at the OS level, not through the camera.
Make sure location services are enabled. Wait a moment for GPS to get an accurate fix โ indoors can take longer. If the problem persists, the admin may need to increase the GPS Max Distance in the site settings.
The app auto-checks for updates every 5 minutes. If it prompts you to refresh, tap Yes. You can also go to Me tab โ Refresh App, or clear your browser cache manually.
